Can I import my existing data into StarISO?
We have a built-in migration tool. As long as you have your list of accounts, agents, and inventories in database or in excel-like spreadsheet format, importing is pretty easy. If you are unable to do so, we will do it at no extra cost.
- Account, Agent, and Inventories are 3 major tables to import.
- Relationship between Account and Inventory can be imported.
- Relationship between Account and Agent can be imported as well.
- Agent groups and agents who are in that group can be imported.
My company uses our unique formula of calculating agent commissions. Will StarISO work for me?
Star ISO calculation formula is customizable. You tell us exactly how you do calculation and we will customize StarISO to fit your exact needs. This will require a marginal one-time fee but once setup is complete, there will be no more additional monthly charges.
